The bad news from the world is an endless assault and meeting the demands of each day can feel like an unbearable stretch. I’ve been working as a therapist and professional development trainer for 40 years and I’ve never seen people as stressed as they are today.

What’s more, you start to feel alone and isolated and begin to think there’s something wrong with you.
I’ve been in that place myself and I’m sure most of us have.
